MIAMI, July 12, 2016 – HCP/Aboard Publishing today announced it has entered into a partnership with the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival to produce their official Festival Guide, which returns to South Florida Wednesday, February 22 through Sunday, February 26, 2017.   Providing comprehensive information about the more than 85 events spanning five days, and spotlighting the talents of over 350 chefs, culinary personalities, winemakers and spirits producers, the guide serves as a go-to source of information about the Festival’s array of events.

Readers will turn to this colorful, glossy magazine-style guide for everything they need to know about the 2017 line-up of events. It will be distributed locally in a variety of publications, such as the Miami Herald, INDULGE Magazine, Palette Magazine, Miami New Times and The New York Times. It will also be distributed at Books & Books locations and at Florida International University, the Festival’s beneficiary. To date, the Festival has raised more than $24 million for the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University. A digital edition of the guide will be sent to both HCP/Aboard Publishing and Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival opt-in email subscribers.
